Mass Alert is an application for people with speech or hearing disabilities, that will allow its users to:
- contact the Emergency Response Center of Almaty city via chat and to send the precise actual location of a caller;
- receive emergency alert messages based on users actual location of the time being.

Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
